When her daughter Julia Levy moved home from Charlotte, NC during the pandemic, Kathy introduced her to real estate, and it’s been history ever since.

Julia Levy grew up in St. Mary’s, Georgia, and graduated from the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, Florida. She continued her education at Florida International University (FIU). A 5th degree black belt, Julia co-owned Urban Revolution Martial Arts in Charlotte, North Carolina, until 2020. After moving back to Northeast Florida, she joined a team with her mom, combining her passion for martial arts with a new career in real estate.

By staying up to date with the latest market trends, technological advancements, and legal regulations, she offers expert advice and ensure that you are well-informed at every stage of the process. Her passion for real estate, combined with her commitment to client satisfaction, sets her apart as a trusted advisor and partner.
